general policies and conditions
All prices, policies, and terms are subject to change without notice. All prices are wholesale. Because of the originality of our hand
crafted items, each piece is unique. It is possible that some features will need to be substituted, yet the look will still be the same.
order reQUirements
Sincere Surroundings requires a first-order minimum of $250. Minimum reorders are $100. We are a wholesale company, so we re
-
quire all customers to submit a tax exempt number prior to receiving our catalog or ordering product. Customers must be prepared to
provide a copy of a valid state tax ID upon request.
payment
All new accounts are payable by credit card only. Acceptable forms of payments are Visa, Master Card, and Discover. For reorder
-
ing customers, credit can be requested, but must be approved by Sincere Surroundings. Customers who pay within the terms will be
given priority in order delivery. A service charge for all past due invoices is $5.00 or 1.5% of the amount due per month, whichever is
greater. A charge of $30.00 will be added for each NSF check. All accounts past due will be reverted back to CREDIT CARD and
must be paid in full immediately. All collection, attorney, and any other legal fees incurred to help collect customer's accounts will be
the responsibility of the customer. All Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
cancellations and retUrns
All returns must be approved by Sincere Surroundings and must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order. When returning
merchandise, there must NOT be any writing, pricing, or any other marks on the item or package. The merchandise must be in the
original carton and packaged properly. Orders may be canceled by calling our customer care department or by sending a notification
by e-mail. Canceled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Personalized items cannot be canceled or returned.
damages
If damage occurs during shipping, please keep the original carton and packaging for inspection and notify Sincere Surroundings within
7 days at 712.472.2290. Sincere Surroundings will either credit your account to be reflected on your next order or we will replace the
damaged items.
shipping
All orders are subject a 13% shipping charge with a minimum of $9.95.
